Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.

Selling and Sharing

No personal information is exchanged for money. But where advertising runs on this site, cookie and device identifiers may go to advertising partners, and the broad statutory definitions of ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ can capture that. It is opt-out-able — see Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share data belonging to minors under 16.

What Categories Apply

Categories involved: identifiers — IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers; internet activity — browsing on this site, referrers, timing; and contact details, but only if you volunteered them. These come from your device directly and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are engaged.

Exercising Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to obtain a portable copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. In states that provide it, you may also appeal a decision to decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for making any of these requests.

Putting in a Request

Email hello@weekendgone.com and say what you want to do. For opt-outs specifically, the fastest route is to switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we detect and honour it automatically, with no message required. We will verify a request by replying to the address it came from, and respond within the period state law allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
